Terms of Service

Last updated: September 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of PlexFix Pro's remote Plex media server support services and the website at plexfix.pages.dev. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services & Pricing

We provide remote Plex media server troubleshooting and optimization at flat-rate prices:

All prices are flat-rate and include a single remote session. Additional sessions for separate issues are priced independently.

No-Fix, No-Charge Guarantee

If we cannot resolve your issue during the remote session, you pay nothing. We will provide an honest assessment of the problem and whether it requires hardware changes or falls outside the scope of remote support.

Remote Session Conduct

Data & Backups

Remote support sometimes involves configuration changes that carry inherent risk. We recommend backing up your Plex configuration and media library metadata before a session. We are not liable for data loss during a session unless caused by our gross negligence.

Payment

Payment is due upon successful completion of the fix. We accept major credit/debit cards and standard online payment methods. If we cannot fix your issue, no payment is required.

Intellectual Property

"Plex" and the Plex logo are trademarks of Plex, Inc. PlexFix Pro is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Plex, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost data, lost media, server downtime, or business interruption.

Scope of Service

Our service covers Plex Media Server software configuration, transcoding optimization, remote access troubleshooting, and network configuration as it relates to Plex. We do not provide:

Cancellation

You may cancel a booked session before it begins at no charge. If you disconnect during a session before the fix is complete, we may not be able to guarantee the no-fix-no-charge policy applies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Ohio.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
