- Session information — details about your Plex server setup shared during remote sessions (server OS, hardware, network configuration)
- Website analytics — page visits, referral source, and interaction data via Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel
- IP address — used for rate limiting and abuse prevention on our booking form
How We Use Your Information
- To contact you about your booking and schedule your remote session
- To diagnose and fix your Plex server issues during the session
- To improve our website and advertising through anonymized analytics
- To prevent abuse of our booking system (rate limiting)
Remote Sessions
During a remote session, we access your computer or server only through a screen-sharing tool you provide (such as AnyDesk, Parsec, or similar). We never store your login credentials. All access is temporary and ends the moment the session concludes. We do not install persistent remote-access software.
Analytics & Tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Pixel to understand website traffic and measure advertising effectiveness. These tools collect anonymized data about page visits. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out browser add-on and Meta tracking in your Facebook Ad Preferences.
Data Storage & Retention
Booking data submitted through our form is stored in Cloudflare KV with a 90-day retention period, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
Data Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Booking data is transmitted securely and stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure with industry-standard protections. Rate limiting prevents automated abuse of our forms.

- Request a copy of information we hold about you
- Ask us to delete your booking data
- Opt out of analytics tracking using the tools above
